the location was fantastic, near many attractions. the staff showed attentiveness to needs always. breakfasts provided a good start to the day. i found the hotel to have its conveniences.
i noted the air conditioning had limitations. it wasn't possible to adjust the temperature below a certain point. this made the room a bit too warm for my preference.

i had a two-night city break and found the location perfect. the staff were very friendly, (especially paula at the reception!). my room was presented well. i have stayed in different hotels across many european cities, and this one was certainly one of the best i've experienced.
we booked a junior suite, but on arrival, we were told that the only available suite was on the first floor. it overlooked the main road, and a sleepless night ensued, not ideal.

the staff across the board were helpful and friendly. they were also knowledgeable about where to go, where to dine, and what attractions not to miss. the staff were accommodating as well.

a mixed experience
faulty air conditioningnoticeable street noise
i was disappointed with a couple of things. firstly, the air conditioning in my room didn't seem to work properly. it struggled to cool the space effectively. secondly, the noise from the street below was quite noticeable even at night (especially with the window open).

i found the location accessible. the rooms was clean. the view of the city from our room was good. the employees was friendly and helpful, they supported us in everything.
the service be very poor. we requested a early check-in, our request was ignored. then the hotel staff said they will call us when the room be ready, no one called. when i asked why, they said they were too busy.
